昨日10月11日はこうべガーデンカフェに参加しました。場所は歴史ある建物、「旧神戸生糸検査所」。素晴らしい晴天にも恵まれ、たくさんの方々にお会いすることができました。

ちょうど光が入る位置で、オリーブオイルがきれいに見えました。

カラマノリオリーブオイルは「グリーン」と「ゴールド」の食べ比べ＆販売を行いました。

よくお客さまから質問される「グリーンとゴールド、どのように味が違うのですか」の答えを、このイベントに参加して、たくさんの方から聞かせていただきました。例えば・・・

・グリーンはオリーブの実の味、ゴールドはオリーブオイルの味。

・グリーンはサラサラ、ゴールドはトロトロ。

・グリーンは果実、ゴールドは搾った果実の味。

・グリーンはぴりっと、ゴールドはまったり。

などなど素敵な形容詞、副詞が次々に飛び交っておりました。中にはご夫婦でご意見が異なり、1本ずつお買い上げいただいた方も！ありがとうございました。

味の違いは本当にその方お一人お一人感じ方が違うので、とても説明が難しいです。微妙な違いはほとんどアートの世界ですので・・・直感でご自分のお好きな方を食べていただくのが一番だと思っています。

ちなみに昨日のイベントでは80%くらいの方が「グリーン」を、20%くらいの方が「ゴールド」をお買い求めくださいました。

カラマノリオリーブオイル買ってくださった方々、一緒に参加してくださったフクギドウさん、お休みの日にわざわざ来てくださったKちゃんご家族、カラマノリオリーブオイルに興味を持ってくだった出店者さん、そして一日母につきあってくれた子どもたち！ありがとうございました。

無農薬の「グリーン」

It was great opportunity to join the Kobe Garden Cafe on October 11.

In the event, we did tasting and finding differenceetween “Green” and “Gold” of our olive oil.

We are often asked the difference between them, but it is quite difficult to answer it, because taste sensation is almost art. Every person is different.

Good thing is we accepted many feedback about it in the event. For example….

・The taste of Green is olive, and Gold is olive oil.

・Green is bicker, and Gold is runny.

・Green is like a fruits, and Gold is like a juice of fruits.

・Green is liveliness, and Gold is gentleness.

There were so many wonderful adjectives and adverbs in the ear. One couple, they argued each other about the taste, and finally they bought both of them. Thank you.

Eventually, 80% people bought Green, and 20% people bought Gold at that day.
