ミドリカフェさんは農薬なしのお野菜を使うことや、野菜くずを有効利用してゴミをださないようにすること、シンプルな味付けにすることなどを実践されている、スローなカフェさんです。

飲食の他にもガーデニングの設計デザイン、自然農法の推進、それに関するガーデニンググッズの販売、エコや薬膳に関するイベントなど幅広いサービスをご提供されています。

We are very happy to start a relationship with “Midori Cafe“.

The concept of “Midori-Cafe”, Midori means Green, is “Green life”. As the concept and the name suggests, this cafe uses organic ingredients in the menu, uses natural resources effectively and don’t season too much.

It also offers events and classes of gardening design, promoting natural farming or our nature.

Midori Cafe is located at a quiet residential area in Okamoto, Kobe.
