昨年11月OEFFで出店した時に大人気だったサバの酢漬け。メゼ（前菜）としてご提供しましたが、牛肉のピタを食べてみたいけどお肉が苦手、という方が何人かおられたのでサバのピタを食べていただき、ご好評いただきました。

In November 2009 at the OEFF, we sold Pickle mackerel as a Meze. We also sold and made mackerel sandwiches for people not eat meets.That was really great!
