ムサカ Moussaka



One of the most typical  and traditional Greek dish. Layers of eggplants, potatoes, minced meat and béchamel make your eyes and tongue happy.

材料 4人分/ Ingredient for 4 portions

じゃがいも 6

合挽肉 800g

玉ねぎ 1

セロリ 少々

トマトまたは缶 500g

塩こしょう クミン オールスパイス シナモン ベイリーフ

5 eggplants

6 potatoes

800 grams of minced beef and port meat.

500g fresh or canned tomato

salt, paper, cumin, allspice, cinnamon, bay leaf

ベシャメルの材料 / Ingredient of Béchamel

オリーブオイル 90g

小麦粉 100g

牛乳 450g

卵 1個

塩 こしょう ナツメグ

チーズ 100g

90g  olive oil

100g  flour

450g milk

1 egg

salt, paper, nutmeg

100g cheese

作り方 / Direction









①Slice  eggplants and potatoes,  and fried with olive oil until wilted.

②Spread ① on paper towels and remove excess oil.

③Finely chop the onions and celery, then fried with olive oil, add minced meat.

④Add tomatoes, cinnamon, salt, paper and bay leaf, and stew until water evaporates.

⑤Let’s make Béchamel.

Fried flour with olive oil to avoid scorching. Add milk little by little and stir it constantly the flour is no lumps.

⑥Add salt, paper and nutmeg to taste and remove from the heat, then mix with cheese and beaten egg.

⑦Layer ② ④ ⑥ on an oven pan.

⑧Cook 15 to 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until it will be golden on top.

Take care not to burn, dish out and enjoy!
