ギリシャランチ41 Greek lunch41



ティガニト メリジャネス・・・旬のナスをオリーブオイルで揚げました。

ジャジキ・・・ヨーグルト、きゅうり、にんにく、オリーブオイル、ワインビネガー、ディルで作ったソースです。ギリシャ料理にはいつも登場するお口直し。ティガニト メリジャネスと一緒にお召し上がりください。



Cumin pilaf・・・Brown rice pilaf with cumin. Exotic smell makes you hungry.

Tiganito meriganes・・・This is fried eggplants. Enjoy great season vegetables.

Tzatziki・・・Refreshing and wonderful yogurt source, it goes very well with fried eggplants.

Domato salata・・・This salad is with fresh tomatoes and Kalamata olives, very Greek one.

◯Paprika soup・・・Hot soup with colorful paprika in hot summer.

    I like greek food, but it was the U.S where I first went to the greek restaurant. The lemon soup was relishable and salad with fetacheese was addictive!
