樫の木の根本の土中にできる きのこの一種で、「黒いダイアモンド」と呼ばれるほど希少で高価です。独特の香りがたまりません。
ほんの少しのトリュフを品質のよいオリーブオイルに漬け込むことで、香りがオイルに写り、そのオイルをいろいろなお料理の仕上げに使います。サラダ、マッシュポテト、パスタ、リゾット、ピザ・・・

Truffle is the one of the most expensive and mouth-watering ingredients in the world.
It is underground fungus, usually find it close to oak trees, and called “the diamond of the kitchen” because it is very scarcity and valued.
Put some small piece of truffles in the high quality olive oil, so that the aroma of truffles has been added. Use the truffle oil for any dishes at the last, like salad, pasta, pizza, risotto, mush potatoes…..
