ビフテキャ スト ティガニ Biftekia sto Tigani (Hamburger)


This is one of the world’s best-loved menu. Let’s trimming away excess fat from minced, and enjoy healthy hamburger. With lemon, without any other sauce is Greek style. Tzatziki goes well together, if you like.

材料3~4人分/Ingredients for 3~4 persons

牛肉ひき肉 500g


玉ねぎ 1個 みじん切り

パン粉 1/2 カップ

卵 1個


500g of minced beef

1 onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup of crushed bread

1 egg

olive oil, parsley, nutmeg, salt, pepper and lemon







①Fry half of minced without oil until it will be almost done, and put it in a drainer for a while. This is because trimming away excess fat from the minced meat.

②Fry chopped onion with 1 tablespoonfuls olive oil.

③When minced of ① is colder, mix with the other raw mince together, and knead it well.

④Add the fried onions, egg, parsley, nutmeg, salt, pepper and crashed bread  in the minced. Mix them well and shape it with your hands.

⑤Grill them on both sides evenly. Greek style should be crisp on the outside and juicy in the middle! Enjoy it with lemon juice!!
